Approximately $1-$4 Million, completed successfully. Monitored and reviewed all contracts and pricing. Set up multiple teams using strong cross functional team building skills. Created and implemented program/project management tracking and reporting for each of the programs being managed. Managed $20 million dollar, 3 year program with 8 different companies forming the multi-disciplined team. Interfaced with NIST, SEMI, Sematech, SIA. Managed monthly meetings at all sites, wrote monthly status, project schedules, executive summaries & tracked budget and manpower. Presented at all major DARPA sponsored meetings and seminars as well as conferences. Met in Washington D.C. with DARPA Officials on a monthly basis to discuss progress, changes, additional funding, new programs, etc. Intimately involved with quoting all Ts & Cs. ROMs, RFQs,, specifications, etc required for funding.
